Where are your products made?

We are located on a small acreage near Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. 

Do you take jars back for a discount?

Not at this time. 

Are your wax and oils phthalate and paraben free? 

Yes!

Oh no, my address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after you placed your order, please email us as soon as possible at wanderwoodacres@gmail.com so that we can adjust it before shipping the order!

What happens if my order arrives broken?

We do our best to ensure your order is securely packaged but if your order arrives broken, please send us a photo to our email address within 1 week of receiving it and we will gladly remake it for you! 

What is your wax blend made of?

Our wax is a blend of coconut, soy and a minuscule amount of food grade paraffin for added stability and scent throw!

Do you ship internationally?
