Candle Care

PLEASE READ CANDLE SAFETY

Allow enough time for your candle to form a melt pool on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. We recommended burning for 4 hour increments in the first of couple burns. It is normal for coconut wax to leave some residue on the edge of the jar after the first 1-2 burns.

Your candle comes pre-trimmed and ready to burn. But for consecutive burns, remember to remove carbon buildup by trimming your wick to ¼ inch before lighting to prolong the life of your candle and ensure an even burn. If at any point you see high flames or soot/smoke, blow your candle out, trim your wick and re-light.

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Stop use when 1/4 inch of wax is left in the jar to prevent the glass from overheating.

Place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from drafts and flammable objects before lighting. Never leave your candle unattended. Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets.
